YOUR WORK DAY

07:00 a.m.

I get my orders from my supervisor and check the weekly schedule to see what's on the agenda for the day.

07:30 a.m.

I prepare my respective workplace, be it the engraving machine, the lathe or my manual workstation. All the tools are carefully collected and prepared.

08:00 a.m.

I start by maintaining the various parts of a mould. I remove aluminium residues or replace screws.

09:00 a.m.

Break.

09:30 a.m.

After the break, I go to the lathe. There I have to turn the bushes to the desired length. Once this is done, I insert them and check again that everything is correct.

11:00 a.m.

The upper part of the mould can now be engraved. I clamp it onto the machine, get the corresponding drawing from our programmers and start the engraving process.

12:00 p.m.

Lunch break! I am replaced by another employee.

12:30 p.m.

I go back to the machine and always measure the depth of the engraving between the individual passes.

02:00 p.m.

The engraving is done and I now check each individual engraving with another employee. We enter our results in a checklist.

03:30 p.m.

I now start to tidy up my workspace. All the tools and measuring equipment are put back where I found them.

03:50 p.m.

Closing time!
